What It Costs - How We Ship It 

We accept VISA, Master Card, Postal Money Orders or secure check (Please note that checks take 10 days to clear the bank).

We use FedEx and US Priority or Express Mail for Over-night, Second Day, and International shipments. We use UPS and US Priority Mail for ground shipments.

This product has been approved for export from the USA and we have shipped to customers world wide (Germany, England, Australia, New Zealand, Netherlands, Finland, Iceland, Norway, Japan, Malaysia, Indonesia, Hong Kong, Canada, Puerto Rico, Mexico, South America , South Africa, Greece and Belgium).
 

Returns and Replacement Policy

mpc uses the standard industry practice concerning software returns and replacement. That practice is:

[1] Once you open a software package it is not returnable for a refund. This includes software that was downloaded.

[2] If you do not open the software it must be returned to mpc within 30 days of the sale date for a refund, minus the shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee.

[3] Before sending any software back to mpc you must first request a Return Authorization Number. You can make your request by phone, by fax or by Email.

[4] If you return software to us without a Return Authorization Number it will be sent back to you.

[5]Defective floppy disks or CDROM must be shipped back to us at your expense.

[6]The floppy disks or CDROM media will be replaced free of charge.

[7]Shipment of the replacement media back to you will be done free of charge by standard ground mail.
